From M25
1. Exit M25 @ Junction10

Take South Bound A3 Exit , towards Guildford (follow point 3 below)

2. From A3 (Northbound)
Take M25 slip road going all the way round and back on yourself towards Guildford.

3. Whilst still on the slip road, DON’T MISS THIS, watch out for turning left after lay-by (Café can be seen in the woods), turn left following signs for Effingham.

Follow this road through the woods past Black Swan Pub on left, keep going. Eventually arrive at T Junction beside Lord Howard Pub, turn right and immediately left, over hump back bridge, past railway station and keep going.

About a mile further you reach mini roundabout. We are in the white building to the right with Collets Piling on the outside of building.
